I am seriously thinking of working in another sector as well, sometimes it can get really boring but IT is my strong point and I am pretty good at it. I sometimes wonder about marketing or something like that. Im determined to do a masters in something else than IT

Report him mate! That's completely out of order -it's ridiculous, I am sure that socalled university should be taking measures to prevent shit like that happening! He's a prick, and even though it may seem indirect to him its very directly aimed towards you after such a conversation.

Don’t give up, I know its hard, and can only imagine. There's noway he should be comparing you to any other student for a start and secondly, he shouldn't be sending out circular emails like that!!!

Hopefully me not showing up for the project meeting yesterday really inconvenienced him. Useless old fucker. Every time I think about doing project work now it's like 'eh, what's the point...'
